IT Specialist Trainee

Function: Technology Engineering

You will support our Technical Division with the installation of our IT services as well as their customer follow-up service.

Job Responsibilities:

You assure the installation and the maintenance of our IT services: security, backup, cloud computing, MFP, website, Microsoft Office 365;

Ensure the effectiveness of the support to internal users and to customers in Belgium;

Participate in the quality analysis of products and services;

Follow daily operations respecting schedules and procedures;

Perform installation, maintenance, move and adjustment of IT office equipment.

Desired Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent;

You are familiar with Office365;

You have a good knowledge of XML, HTML, SQL and JavaScript;

You are able to work both individually and as a team player.
